Welcome to newbie2newbie. My name is Neil Macdonald.
I live and work in a suburb of Toronto, Ontario, which is in Canada.
I started learning about the world of building websites and internet marketing by chance one day while I was looking for online investments, and have been hooked, almost obsessed ever since.
That was three months ago. The idea of building a website of my own, and then creating a string of them to replace my income had me.
Due to personal reasons, I could not get a site up right away, but every hour I could I studied. It was VERY frustrating at times because I could not apply what I was learning, and had nothing to try out my new knowledge on.
Another thing I found was that although there is almost unlimited information on the internet, it was hard to find a step by step guide that taught beginners, in baby steps, about how to build their first website, so I decided to do it myself.
